While we strive to deliver high-quality introductions and strategic support, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, revenue results, or successful deals. Results depend on many factors, including the parties involved.

3. Fees and Payment

Fees for our services are agreed in writing before engagement. Payments are due as per the agreed terms. We reserve the right to suspend services if payments are overdue.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information disclosed during our engagement strictly confidential and not use it for any purpose other than the agreed services.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, strategies, and reports we create remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LionStreet International Business Consulting is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice as per the agreed terms. Upon termination, you will pay for services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New South Wales, Australia.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
