FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Clear answers on how we work, what the pilot includes, and what to expect from an engagement.

How is LionStreet different from hiring an SDR or recruitment agency?

You get a full 6-person team — strategy, outreach, and close support — from day one, not a single hire over 3–6 months. We combine executive introductions with outbound execution, not just candidate placement.

What does the 90-day pilot include?

Full team deployment, ICP definition, verified lists, multi-channel outreach, CRM setup, closer on qualified opps, and monthly reporting. No long-term contract — cancel anytime during the pilot.

Do you guarantee meetings or revenue?

No. We do not guarantee specific meetings, deals, or revenue outcomes. We commit to a structured process, qualified outreach, and transparent reporting. Results depend on your offer, market, and buyer fit.

Who owns the CRM data and pipeline?

You do. All prospect data, pipeline records, and materials created during the engagement belong to your organisation.

What do you need from us to get started?

Leadership time for discovery (2–4 hours in weeks 1–2), your ICP and value proposition inputs, existing collateral, and CRM access or approval to set up a workspace.

Which industries do you serve?

Financial services, trade and structured finance, real estate and development, SaaS and technology, construction and infrastructure, and professional services. Contact us if your sector is not listed.

Where are you based and who do you work with?

LionStreet International Business Consulting is based in Sydney, Australia. We work with B2B firms targeting growth across APAC and global markets.

How quickly can outreach begin?

Outreach typically goes live in week one after kickoff. Lists and sequences are refined in weeks 2–4 as the ICP is validated.
